Problem

A portfolio assistant is only useful if it answers from real content, avoids overclaiming, and routes people to the right next step.

Approach

  • Ground responses in public pages, notes, services, and curated FAQ content.
  • Log unanswered questions so new content can be added deliberately.
  • Keep contact and booking actions simple rather than conversationally hidden.

Next

  • Move answers into a CMS-backed knowledge base.
  • Add evaluation cases for common recruiter and client questions.
  • Design a smaller launcher that feels native to the current site.
