How the interviewer should prepare
Interviewers, or at least some of them, are prepared better and deeper before meeting a candidate before an interview. Gumloop founder Max uses the Meeting prep agent before every meeting with a potential candidate. He has set up a workflow that generates an overview of the candidate before they step into the meeting. (I am convinced that this quality of prep is before stepping into any interaction, and would be the standard from now on.)
