How the interviewer should prepare
Interviewers, or at least some of them, do deeper preparations before meeting a candidate for an interview. Gumloop founder Max uses the Meeting prep agent before every meeting with a potential candidate. He has set up a workflow that generates an overview of the candidate before they step into the meeting. (I am convinced that this quality of prep is before stepping into any interaction, and would be the standard from now on.)
I also track how AI-native companies like Sierra or Coinbase are adapting their interview process. This also helps me understand the skills employers are always on the lookout for, as well as understanding what an AI-native organization would look like.
